Participants donated edible representations of literary works to be auctioned off in conjunction with other silent auction items.

Jeffery created a 3 tiered Dutch Chocolate cake layered with dark chocolate ganche, Bailey's italian butter cream and mocha custard. Imprinted and airbrushed with stencils to match the garden scene of "The velveteen rabbit" the fondant covered cake was decorated with pulled and blown sugar roses by request from last years attendants. The toy rabbit was made of blown sugar as was the fairy cake topper. Due to extreme work loads this year Jeffery only had 4.5 hours to create the piece right before the event! He STILL walked away with an award though!
