Allow your imagination to soar! Jeffery draws from his extensive background in art, sculpture, special effects, and patisserie, facilitating endless creative possibilities when designing your wedding cake. From mild to wild Jeffery's one-of-a-kind wedding cakes are sure to impress your wedding guests.

During your initial consultation with Jeffery you will describe your ideas; go through magazines, fabric swatches, and other examples that illustrate your vision. As your concepts flow Jeffery will draw pencil sketches and rough out a general image. You will discuss the number of guests you are serving, flavours, icing styles, and wedding location. Approximately one week later Jeffery will meet with you again to present the four or five cake designs he has created and a tasting of you flavour choice(s). Jeffery will set-up your finished cake on your wedding day.

Wedding cakes have a base price per person that includes a standard, smooth buttercream finish, appropriate borders, the first set of cake boards and dowels, and delivery with set-up in Edmonton, Alberta. Anything added to the standard finish (such as rolled fondant or handmade flowers) will be added to the base price. Because the design possibilities are endless, please call or visit us for an accurate quote. Delivery outside of Edmonton is subject to a transportation fee.

All custom sugar work is an additional cost. To receive an accurate quote for you cake, please mention any "custom sculptural work" you desire when you contact us.

The cake displayed had alternating flavours of: :

  • Madagascar vanilla bean cake filled with sizillia lemon italian buttercream imbibed with white rum.
  • Madagascar vanilla bean cake filled with sizillia lemon italian buttercream imbibed with white rum.
  • Dark Belgian Callebaut chocolate cake soaked with Kirsch then filled with imported polish sour cherries and a 75% pure bitter dark chocolate ganache.

The cake was coated in fondant, hand painted with 24k gold, and 2 of the cake tiers were adorned with multiple layers of 24k gold leaf then hand painted with black arabesque. Edible, hand sculpted sugar roses, leaves, and gold vines covered the cake.
